Join us for a three-part Pilates series at the beautiful Blue Heron—designed to help you move, reset, and welcome spring feeling strong, energized, and refreshed. Each session will have its own unique theme, thoughtful touches, and a cozy community feel.

Each session is a 50-minute, all-levels Pilates class focused on strength, mindful movement, and full-body reset. Stay after to enjoy themed treats and connection with our Blue Heron and Live WELLthier community.

Themes:

☕️ Pilates & Lattes (March 21) – Move your body, then stay for coffee, lattes, and cozy vibes. The perfect slow start to spring.

🐰 Bunnies & Burn (April 2) – A festive, Easter-inspired class with playful touches, spring treats, and a feel-good burn.

🌷 Spring Bloom Pilates (April 25) – Celebrate the season of renewal with a refreshing class inspired by flowers, growth, and new beginnings.
